Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are free – we will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original or equivalent packaging

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via the contact form on our contact page, with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us before returning to confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Membership fees — non-refundable once access has been granted
